2nd: Call, fax, or email us
           with your name and
       contact information,
       briefly describing what
       you have in mind...

3rd: After hearing from us, you
       will send a deposit 
       through PayPal to confirm
       your intentions...

4th: Our team will get back to
       you with a preliminary
       design plan and pricing
       information for your
       review...

5th: We will send you a digital
       photo of the pre-final
       design for your approval...

6th: We will ship the completed
       piece after final payment
       has been confirmed
       through PayPal.
